This week’s parkrun started a little on the gloomy side with cloudy skies that made it look like it was going to rain but the rain never came and the parkrun still went on as scheduled. The weather, even though it was warm but cloudy, we still had a great turnout of people. The volunteers who helped make this week’s parkrun a huge success are as follows:

Another big shout out to all who volunteered their time and made the sacrifice to help with making this event run smoothly. This is always a vital part to making parkrun the greatest free 5K run in our area! If you have any questions on how to volunteer please e-mail the following address with the volunteer position you are interested in!

There is also a list roster for positions that are taken or are still open. Try them out! If you have any questions please e-mail the link address above.

If you have participated in 6 or more runs/walks please think about volunteering every now and then so that we all can actually get out and run. We are able to put on this free parkrun purely because of runners and walkers following this concept.

Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee in Cheeser’s Palace café – please come and join us! Hope to see everyone at the June 17th, parkrun!
