Evolv Kitchen, offering fully cooked, individually portioned and customized meals, will open at 1203 W. Highway 50 in the Emerald Lakes Plaza (formally Spiros Pizza Restaurant).
First Watch, The Daytime Café, has submitted building plans to the City for a site at College Station. College Station is a commercial development, located at the southwest corner of Hancock Road and State Road 50 (next to Chick-Fil-A). The 11,000 sq. ft. complex is approved to house two restaurants and multiple retail spaces.
Home2Suites-Clermont, a 100-room hotel located on Hwy 50 near Legends Way. Opening in May 2018.
