The Clermont Downtown Partnership will be hosting their Annual Spring Clermont Yard Sale in conjunction with their weekly Farmer’s Market on Sunday, March 18, from 9 am to 2 pm on Seventh Street near Montrose Street in Downtown Clermont. The Clermont Yard Sale is a free community event for visitors, antique hunters and treasure seekers.

Rent Your Space Now! Now is the time to clean out your closets, garage and storage sheds, so you any turn forgotten items into newfound cash! Anyone interested in renting a table to sell your antiques, products, crafts and extras are welcome to register now for only $20 per space. Yard Sale vendors are requested to have their own tent and tables. There will be room for 40 to 60 Yard Vendors with spaces made available on a first come, first registered basis.

Downtown Clermont Farmer’s Market: The Weekly Clermont Farmer’s Market normally features at least 60 vendors, crafters and food trucks with everything from organic foods to ice cream, baked goods, musicians, crafters and a petting zoo. Downtown Clermont hosts many restaurants, diverse merchants, antique stores and curiosity shops that are open on Sundays during the Farmer’s Market. This Yard Sale event will super-size the Clermont Farmer’s Market on March 18 with dozens of exciting new vendors and thousands of extra visitors.

Discover Historic Downtown Clermont! The Clermont Downtown Partnership is a 501-c-6 not for profit business association with over 70 members who are dedicated to revitalizing the Historic Downtown District. Fun seasonal community art and music events are regularly held Downtown by the CDP to make a positive impact in the community. Most Downtown events, such as the weekly Farmer’s Market, First Friday events, Vintage Festival, Harvest Festival and the Downtown Clermont Art Festival are free to the public and are very family oriented.
