Known for its high-energy atmosphere and coaching, TRVFIT specializes in strength and cardio-based group training. Members can participate in a variety of classes, including HYROX training, boxing, barre, strength conditioning, and endurance-focused workouts. The facility also offers private and semi-private training options for those seeking a more personalized fitness experience.

As president, Lance Sewell provides leadership for Orlando Health South Lake Hospital’s 180-acre campus, which includes 205 licensed beds, an ambulatory surgery center, two freestanding emergency departments, a short-term rehabilitation facility, and the National Training Center.

Since joining Orlando Health in 2006, Sewell has successfully guided the community-based nonprofit healthcare organization through a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. Prior to becoming president, he served as chief financial officer and played a key role in the organization’s strategic planning and implementation efforts.

Lance brought a few  of his team to discuss the growth and exciting features coming to South Lake Hospital.

The breakfast’s co-sponsor was Cheryl Hernandez, owner of Home Instead -Clermont. Home Instead is a leading provider of in-home care services for aging adults. Hernandez is a dedicated advocate for senior care and community engagement, helping families navigate the aging process with dignity, compassion, and peace of mind.

The South Lake Chamber of Commerce also announced the upcoming 2026 Lake County Hob Nob, a free, nonpartisan event open to all South Lake residents and candidates seeking public office. The event will take place on Monday, July 27, from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the Clermont Performing Arts Center. Candidates interested in participating are encouraged to contact Chamber staff for additional information and assistance.

In addition, sponsorship opportunities are now available for the Chamber’s annual Teacher Appreciation Event. Businesses seeking to promote their services to more than 1,800 local educators are invited to participate by donating door prizes valued between $50 and $100. Donations should be delivered to the Chamber office by Friday, July 24. Chamber staff can also provide information on additional sponsorship and volunteer opportunities.

The Chamber also expressed appreciation to members and community partners who contributed to the recent Jelly Drive benefiting The Neighborhood Center of South Lake. Donations collected over the past several weeks will help provide meals and support local families throughout the summer months.

Patricia Kry, CEO of The Neighborhood Center of South Lake, explained that while peanut butter is included among government-funded food assistance staples, jelly is not. As a result, community donations of jelly are essential to ensuring children and families can enjoy one of the most familiar and comforting meal options—a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
