The Clermont Boat Parade is one of the most anticipated events of the Holiday Season. Spectators lined the parade route anticipating the long line of beautifully decorated, colorfully lighted boats.
 
The winners were:
First Place Boat #5
Mike Damelio, Penny Yammer & Friends
Christmas Misfits
 
Second Place Boat #14
Santa Express and his Elves
Mike and Marcia English
Third Place Boat #1
Clermont Oyster Bar
Santa’s Coming to Town
First Judges’ station lit off fireworks to let the boats know where they were.
The second Judges’ station was at Lady Clermont’s dock on Emerald Lakes Canal. Mindy Bacon, parade organizer, thanked the Tribble Family, Eve/Lady Clermont and Judges.
So many great boats and people. The toy drive was a success and a boatload of Toys was received and have been dropped off at Santa’s Shack.
 
Mindy thanked the boating community, participants, spectators, sponsors and donors. Extra BIG thank you was given to Tommy’s Florida, Lake Minneola Tiki Bar, and Cypress Cove Bar.
