F45 Training Studio just opened in the Clermont Kings Ridge Publix Shopping Center. The South Lake Chamber of Commerce team, supportive businesses and many local dignitaries were on hand for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to welcome them and to observe some classes in action.

This is the second location in Central Florida owned by Ricky Oliver and Cherisse Charrillo. Oliver noted, “We selectively chose Clermont because it is a really great active and expanding community!”

F45 Training is a fitness boot camp specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. The ‘F’ stands for functional training with a mixture of circuit and HIIT-style workouts geared towards improving your everyday movement. They say that ‘45’ minutes is the total time needed for your effective daily exercise, sweat and fun.

The fitness center has a variety of classes and focus points. Their head of Athletics Gunnar Peterson has worked with Hollywood celebrities, professional athletes and models.

The F45 Training Center is designed to be a fitness boot camp. The workouts are designed to unify the muscle groups of the body. Cardio Workouts are offered as well as Resistance Workouts and Combination Hybrid Workouts with a mix of cardio and resistance training.

All ages are welcome.
