The E-Notify system was developed to fulfill the state legislature’s direction to provide alerts to defendants in criminal cases.

To register for alerts, visit https://enotify.flcourts.org, users can manage their alert subscriptions, such as choosing how they will get alerts – by email, text, or both, and the timing of the reminders, selecting any combination of 14-day, 7-day, or 24-hour notifications. There is no limit to the number of cases for which an individual can stay informed.

E-Notify was developed collaboratively by The Office of the State Court Administrator (OSCA), the Clerks of Court Operations Corporation, and the Florida Court Courts & Comptrollers, and is being managed by OSCA.

To stay up-to-date on current and future initiatives being spearheaded through the Florida Courts, visit www.flcourts.org.
