The office overlooks a serene lake located in the newly built professional complex located across from Walmart at 2745 Citrus Tower Blvd., Clermont.

Meet Dr. Brockman– Dr. Brockman knew he wanted to become a chiropractor since he was 12 years old. As a young boy, he suffered from asthma. After visits to a chiropractor, he was relieved and inspired by a doctors’ ability to heal by just using his hands.

Dr. Brockman is no stranger to south Lake County. He was born in Los Angeles but moved to Winter Garden when he was in middle school. He graduated from West Orange High School in 1991, and from USF in 1995.

He pursued his desire to become a chiropractor by attending Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles in 1998. He returned to Central Florida after graduation and worked in a practice in South Orange County before opening his office in Clermont in 2004. In addition to his local practice, he is a chiropractor for the Orlando Solar Bears professional hockey team and treats many other professional athletes as well.

Dr. Brockman is finishing his training this year to become a diplomat in chiropractic internal medicine. Once he passes the board, this will qualify him as an expert in holistic healthcare.

South Lake Wellness and Injury Center offers a variety of chiropractic treatments including decompression and laser therapy. In addition to Dr. Brockman, the staff includes  3 chiropractors; Dr. Nathan Deledda, Dr. Uhrik, and Dr. Chein Liu-Cudnik; a physical therapist; and 8 support staff   It also employs massage therapists and exercise physiologists. In December, the Center added a physical therapist to the office family so that patients can receive the care their symptoms require.

The Brockman’s have 4 children; Maddie (15), Emma (13), Bryce (11) and Lizzy (8).

Since he was twelve years old, Dr. Brockman wanted to become a chiropractor and it’s evident that he has accomplished his goal.
