A flag retirement collection box is located at the front of the post, 855 W. Desoto St. The box is available for public use, and collected flags are retired in accordance with the U.S. Flag Code.

Clermont Fire Station No. 1
A dedicated flag retirement drop box was installed in 2023 through a partnership with VFW Post 5277, providing another convenient option for residents.

Mascotte/Groveland

American Legion Post 239, Mascotte
The post conducts flag retirement ceremonies and can provide information regarding proper flag disposal and retirement services.

Minneola

At this time, no dedicated public flag retirement drop-off location has been documented within Minneola. Residents may utilize the collection sites in nearby Clermont or contact local American Legion and VFW posts for assistance.
