Cataldo Carl Cerilli passed away March 16. Carl was born on December 1, 1929 in Supino, Italy. He will be greatly missed by his wife Sue, son David and wife Sarah, grandchildren Joseph and wife Robin, David, Elizabeth, Benjamin, Rebekah, Ezekiel, Nathan, Chloe, and Ysa.
Carl received his Business Degree from the University of Detroit. After completing four years in the Marine Corp, he went back to school and received a degree in Nursing. He went on to become the owner and Administrator of ten Nursing Homes in the Detroit area. After retiring to Clermont, he became involved in land development.
A celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, April 15, at the Becker Funeral Home at 4 pm with visitation from 2 pm until 4 pm. Interment will be at 1 pm Monday, April 16 at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
The family has asked that a donation be made in his memory to the United Service Organization or the Wounded Worriers in lieu of flowers.
