The 7th Annual Caribbean American Association of Lake County (CAALC) Jerk Festival promises to be better than ever. Stuart Wilson, the new president of the Clermont-based CAALC, believes this year’s festival will be fantastic.  “With the lineup we have, this promises to be the very best entertainment the Festival has ever had,” said Wilson.
