On Columbus Day, Monday, Oct. 8, the following Lake County libraries will be closed to the public while staff performs an all day, in-house assessment of their inventories and collections to ensure smoother checkouts for patrons:
- Astor County Library
- Cagan Crossings Community Library
- East Lake County Library
- Marion Baysinger Memorial County Library
- Paisley County Library
The remaining 10 libraries will be open as usual.
