East Ridge High School DECA Chapter will be hosting a college fair on October 23rd  from 5:30 pm -7:30 pm. The college fair will be located in the ERHS cafeteria with booths set up representing various colleges, nation and statewide. This will be a great opportunity for students and parents to obtain information about the choices for college.

Florida DECA is a high school co-curricular education program with 100 chapters and 10,000 members across the state of Florida for the past 60 years. Florida DECA is a chartered association of DECA, Inc. The mission of DECA is to prepare emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management in high schools and colleges around the globe.

East Ridge High school DECA’s college fair is open to all students in Clermont so they can gain equal opportunities to talk to the college of their interest. Students will be able to learn about how to apply for college, what each college has to offer and what college is right for them. Representatives from multiple colleges will be attending to help guide all students in the right direction for their future. Schools such as UCF, Keiser, New College of Florida, UNOH, FIT, FAU and many more will be attending!

The East Ridge High School DECA Chapter is proud to sponsor such an important event to help students advance their future. East Ridge High School DECA hopes to exceed attendance this year with the college fair and overall create an efficient, fun event.
