The Friends of Lake Louisa State Park, Inc., a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit organization that supports Lake Louisa State Park, is holding their 4th annual Poochapalooza event on Saturday, February 16, 2019, from 9 am – 1 pm at Lake Louisa State Park.

The purpose of Poochapalooza is to celebrate our canine friends and encourage community members to visit Lake Louisa State Park and explore all the park has to offer them and their canine companions.  Visitors to Poochapalooza will have the opportunity to visit our vendors and exhibitors, purchase refreshments, and take their dog on a short hike through one of the trails of the park, where along the way they will be able to participate in a variety of simple and fun activities for dogs of all abilities.

Poochapalooza is to be a day filled with fun, food, and education.  We are inviting dog affiliated or friendly businesses and services to participate in Poochapalooza, promoting and/or selling their goods and services.  If you own or manage a veterinary hospital, pet supply store, grooming business, doggie daycare and/or boarding service, pet sitting/walking service, dog rescue, therapy organization, training business, acupuncture or alternative holistic pet care service, service or search and rescue dog organization, or any other dog affiliated business or service and would like to participate in Poochapalooza, please email amyschulz@cfl.rr.com for more information and to reserve your spot at Poochapalooza.
