Attend a travel presentation on Tuesday, July 9th, at 6 pm at Cooper Memorial Library to learn more about the first of the 2020 trips sponsored by the Friends of Cooper Memorial Library in collaboration with Collette Tours.

This March 12 – 20, 2020 trip is to Panama – the land between the seas. It is not a cruise. This 9-day trip includes 8 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 4 dinners, round trip airfare and transportation to/from Orlando International Airport. Each day there will be an included excursion. Two optional excursions, a post-tour extension and cancellation waiver/insurance are available for additional fees.

Some of the highlights of this trip include Gamboa Rainforest Reserve, a partial cruise through the Panama Canal, Emberá Indigenous Village, Panama City, Miraflores Locks, Anton Valley, El Chorro Macho waterfall, Chitré, and rum tasting.

Funds raised from this trip will help the Friends continue to support programs for children and adults and provide materials for our community’s library.

Travelers do not have to be members of the “Friends” so bring friends and family members to the July 9,  presentation at Cooper Memorial Library, 2525 Oakley Seaver Dr., Room 108A, Clermont. Light refreshments will be served.
