Due to the increasing demand for back to school immunization, the Florida Department of Health in Lake County (DOH-Lake) will be conducting walk-in immunization clinics on Thursday, August 8th from 1-4 pm for kindergarten and 7th grade only at the following locations:

Immunization services are offered Monday through Fridays at the DOH-Lake locations listed above.  Call for hours and appointments.

There is no charge for immunization for children, birth to 18 years of age provided they are still enrolled in elementary, middle or high school.  Parents or guardian must bring a copy of the child’s immunization records.  In addition, we offer back to school physical examinations by appointments only.
