Clermont Woman’s Club member, Ollie Emory, presented a check to the Board of Take Stock in Children at its annual Corporate Spelling Bee Competition in MT. Dora. This is one of the local charities that the CWC supports.
Ms. Emory has been a mentor to High School students in Lake County for five years. She meets the same student each month for a luncheon treat to help with small problems without judgment and also assists with college applications. This year her HS senior was awarded the Clermont Woman’s Club Scholarship.
