Pet of the Week: Meet Francine
by The Animal League

Francine is a 5-year-old female Rotweiller that weighs about 80 pounds.  She has been patiently waiting for her furever family for 390 days and is one of our Forever Hope adoptables. She is the most lovable girl ever! Throw her a toy and she becomes a puppy, loves to play tug a war with you and chill in the sun with a chew toy in her mouth. Francine loves to go for walks and lay her head in your lap and fall asleep.  She is such a big baby! She gets very excited to meet new people and is good with calm kids, but we do recommend that she goes to a home with older children. She is house-trained and knows basic commands.  Since she likes to keep all the love to herself, she will need to be the only pup in the household.  If you think she would be a great addition to your family, please give us a call!We are located at 4648 Baptist Island Road in Groveland, just 4 miles north of Highway 50 and Highway 33.  The Animal League Adoption Center hours: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 10 am-6 pm.   We have puppies and kittens to seniors, large and small breeds, purebreds and mixed breed – there is something for everyone!
