Registration will remain open until seats are filled. For over 50 years, Lake Tech has provided career and technical training to thousands of students in Lake County and our surrounding region. Lake Technical College locations include the main campus at 2001 Kurt Street in Eustis, the Institute of Public Safety campus in Tavares, and in Clermont on the campus of Lake Sumter State College.
Lake Technical College is a public, post-secondary institution whose mission is to be an integral component of the economic growth and development in our community by offering over 30 high-quality, career-training programs. Our faculty are experts in their industries and they thrive on launching their students into successful careers. Our programs are fast and affordable! Most programs are completed in approximately one year, thus the slogan, “Career in a Year.” Tuition is based on $2.88 per hour and financial aid is available to those who qualify. Furthermore, Lake Tech offers GED® Preparation and ESOL classes on the main campus, in the public libraries, Goodwill locations, and other community buildings throughout Lake County.
