City of Clermont -sponsorship
Companies can pay to have their logos displayed on the scoreboards at Hancock Park, 3301 Hancock Road.
This advertising placement puts companies in front of thousands of residents and visitors who come to the city’s fields.
Those who sign up by February 17 will have their artwork installed in time for this year’s THE Spring Games, the largest college softball event in the world, hosting over 500 college softball teams each year from late February through March.
There’s one scoreboard on each of the five softball fields at Hancock Park. Each scoreboard has two side panels that measure 72 inches by 27 inches and one bottom panel that measures 120 inches by 24 inches.
The sponsorship costs are $1,000 for both side panels, $2,000 for the bottom panel and $2,500 for all three panels. Each sponsorship is an agreement for two years and sponsors must provide their own artwork.
In addition to being the home field for Clermont Girls Fast Pitch Softball to practice and host games weekly, Hancock Park is home to over 40 local, regional, statewide and national youth softball tournaments. Teams come from all around Florida and the nation to compete in Clermont.
Those interested in reserving a spot can contact Business Liaison Ray Villegas at rvillegas@clermontfl.org or 352-241-7355.
