On Thursday, March 19, at 5:30 pm the Friend of Cooper Memorial Library is collaborating with Collette on its fourth trip.

From December 10-14, 2020 spend time on an adventure in San Antonio. The trip 3 breakfasts, 2 dinners, round trip airfare, and transportation to/from Orlando International Airport. Each day there will be an included excursion. Cancellation waiver/insurance is available for an additional fee.

Some of the highlights of this trip are a tour of the historic and cultural sites in San Antonio including Mission San José and the Alamo; an excursion to Stonewall including the LBJ Ranch then on to the German settlement of Fredericksburg to visit the National Museum of the Pacific War, and your choice of the South Texas Heritage Center or the San Antonio Botanical Gardens. Your final evening will include dinner and a narrated cruise along the River Walk.

Travelers do not have to be members of the “Friends”. In fact, travelers do not have to live in Clermont. So, bring friends and family members to the 5:30 pm, March 19th presentation at Cooper Memorial Library, 2525 Oakley Seaver Dr., Room 108A, Clermont, FL for all the details. Light refreshments will be served.

Funds raised from this trip will help the Friends continue to support programs for children and adults and provide materials for our community’s library.
