Clermont Oncology Medical Office –  Last night Clermont City Council approved a site re-designation from worship/school use to office use in a 4-1 vote. Councilmember Jim Purvis voted no. The site is a 5.5-acre (+/-) parcel located on the northwest corner of Steve’s Road and Citrus Tower Blvd. The project will consist of two single-story medical office buildings, approximately 18,000 square feet each, with associated parking and landscaping. There will be two locations for convenient and safe entry and exit, one on Citrus Tower Blvd and another on Steve’s Road. A Traffic Impact Study was performed for the proposed medical office site and Clermont staff reviewed the proposal and determined the proposed use was not detrimental to the health, safety or general welfare of persons residing or working in the vicinity.
