Ongoing Holiday Events
Clermont – Light Up the Citrus Tower (every evening) Now through. January 2
CLERMONT
- Holiday Enchanted Forest (open until 10 pm nightly) Schools, organizations, businesses and families will be showing their creativity by individually decorating over 40 trees. This display will be held at Victory Pointe and each night there will be music to set the holiday atmosphere. Santa’s Mailbox to drop letters being delivered to the North Pole and holiday photo opportunities.
- Stuff A Cruiser Toy Drive at Clermont Elementary School. Toys donations should be unwrapped donated by the Christian Men in Action.

- Cookies & Cocoa Walk (6-9) Take an evening stroll to sample a variety of holiday cookies along with cocoa while visiting participating businesses in Downtown Clermont.

MASCOTTE
- Light Up Mascotte – a night of Christmas movies, music, dancing in the snow, hot cocoa, a chance to take a picture with Santa and much more! There will also be a special surprise for the kids. Bring the whole family and together let’s Celebrate the Magic of Christmas!

- 29th Annual Hometown Heroes Christmas Parade: Saturday, December 12th, at 10:00 AM beginning at the intersection of Cherry Street and Indiana Avenue, and ending at the intersection of Magnolia Street and Iowa Avenue near the Grey Middle School field. In honor of our Hometown Heroes theme, World War II Veteran’s Glenn Turner and Jean Charron will be the Co-Grand Marshal’s for this year’s parade! Parade float winners will be announced immediately following the procession on stage, at Lake David Park. For the safety and well-being of all attendees, there will be no distribution of candy from float participants to the crowd. Hand washing and sanitizing stations will be positioned throughout the parade route, along with socially distance markers to promote adequate spacing between families. The wearing of face masks is strongly encouraged for all parade viewers in attendance.

MINNEOLA
- 3rd Annual Moonlight Christmas Parade at. 6 pm.
The parade starts at N. Main Avenue & Virginia St. traveling south and ending at Lakeshore Dr. and Silverton St. . Please contact Christina Stidham with any questions at cstidham@minneola.us.
- Drive-In Movie Night: Sunday, December 13th, at 6:00 PM at Cherry Lake Park, 131 Wilson Lake Parkway. Cozy up in your pajamas with your family in your vehicles, and watch the charming popular Christmas film, The Polar Express, while enjoying food and snacks from our local vendors! Eventbrite pre-registration is required.

- SANTA’S CHRISTMAS PATROL – Santa will be joining the Police Department at 5 pm for a special patrol around the city on a “SANTAS CHRISTMAS PATROL.” Bring out your lawn chairs, blankets, flashlights, lanterns… as Santa makes his way escorted with lights and sirens around your neighborhoods, bringing special treats for the kids.
