MINNEOLA

Hills of Minneola – If you haven’t driven past Hancock Road, near the Florida Turnpike, you’ll probably be startled (lots of construction and dirt being moved around). The multi-phased development being constructed, consists of approximately 2,200 single-family houses and additional apartment units, along with a town center. Publix and other commercial/retail units are included in the project.

(see the interview with Mayor Pat Kelley for all the things happening in the City of Minneola)

Publix is coming to two new locations: The Hills of Minneola and the former Lucky’s Market on Hwy 50 (in the Home Depot Shopping Center).
