There is a professional soccer program in town that has been training at the NTC for the last 5 weeks. On March 12, Soccer Universities will be hosting an event at the NTC for aspiring high school seniors. The event is called “A Day in Their Lives”

Learn About Soccer Universities: The program is intended for graduating seniors or current college players who would like to transfer into a program that develops players on a year-round basis and not restricted by the NSCA. The program allows a student to get a college education without compromising his chance to become a professional player.

On March 12, young soccer athletes can attend and learn what Soccer Universities players go through on a daily basis. and the process of gaining their Batchelor’s Degree in most circumstances within 3 years rather than the normal 4-year cycle while continuing on their pathway to becoming a professional soccer player.

Interested soccer players should attend or learn more about the Next Generation Education & Player Development Pathway program by visiting Soccer Universities. The Head Coach of Soccer Universities Ian Bishop is the former Manchester City, Everton FC, and Westham hero. The director of Soccer Universities, Matt Driver is former MLS New England Revolution coach and owner of Philadelphia Fury.

Henry Moyo owner of International Pro Soccer Academy is one of Soccer Universities coaching staff and he will be involved. He promotes Soccer in south Lake County..

He currently coaches South Lake High School Girls Soccer, and is a former Lee University Men’s Soccer coach (produced MLS players, Women’s Pro League and English pro players), Former Director of the National Training Center Soccer Academy and NTC Phoenix (WPSL) where he helped two of his Women’s players go to Europe Competition.
