The Florida Department of Health in Lake County (DOH-Lake) COVID-19 Immunization sites revised schedule for the week of April 19th, 2021 till further notice:
DOH-Lake Community Health Site located at 560 W. DeSoto Street, Clermont.
Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
DOH-Lake Umatilla Site located at 249 E. Collins Street, Umatilla.
Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Sites will be offering 1st & 2nd Pfizer vaccine doses
- No appointments necessary.
- Schedules are based on vaccine availability
- Dates and times are subject to change.
The Lake Square Mall immunization site will be accepting walk-in appointments for the first and second dose Pfizer vaccine beginning Monday, April 19, at the Lake Square Mall immunization site. Walk-ins will be accepted between 11 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday (April 19 and 20), and 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (April 21-23). The site will be closed on Saturday, April 24. As a reminder, residents may preregister for an appointment online at myvaccine.fl.gov or by phone at 866-201-6909 (or 833-476-1031 for TTY users).
All Florida residents are now eligible to receive any COVID-19 vaccine as prescribed by the Food and Drug Administration. The Pfizer vaccine is authorized for persons 16 and up (all minors must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian). The Moderna and Janssen (Johnson and Johnson) vaccines are authorized for persons age 18 and up.
