Lake County will be offering first doses of the COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine at the state-supported immunization site at Lake Square Mall until Tuesday, May 4. The site will remain open from Wednesday, May 5 to Tuesday, May 25 for second doses only.

Walk-ins for first doses will be accepted weekdays between 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. except for Wednesday, April 28 as the site will be open for extended hours between 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. On Saturday, May 1, the site will accept walk-ins between 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Additional information on walk-in times for second doses will be provided at a later date.

Appointments may also be made online at myvaccine.fl.gov or via phone through the Sharecare system by calling 866-201-6909 (or 833-476-1031 for TTY users).

Vaccinations are limited to the population outlined in Section 2 of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ Executive Order 21-79. This includes all Floridians eligible to receive any COVID-19 vaccine as prescribed by the Food and Drug Administration, including those aged 16 and up who are eligible for the Pfizer vaccine. Note that those age 16 and 17 will need to have a parent or guardian present. For those walking in to receive the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine, please have your vaccine record card ready.
