Lake County and the Office of Visit Lake celebrate National Travel and Tourism Week from May 2-8. The annual celebration highlights the contributions of the travel industry, and this year’s theme, titled “The Power of Travel,” spotlights the critical role that travel will play in driving economic recovery efforts post-pandemic and building a path forward to travel recovery.
Visit Lake is saluting the power of travel by celebrating all of our local businesses because each one is key to what makes Lake County an amazing place to visit. During the week, all local businesses can use the hashtag #NTTWLake in social media posts and highlight what makes the business a special place for residents and visitors alike.
