Lake County will only offer second doses of the COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine at the state-supported immunization site at Lake Square Mall from Wednesday, May 5 through Tuesday, May 25. First doses will no longer be administered.

Walk-ins for second doses will be accepted weekdays between 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. On Saturday, May 8, the site will accept walk-ins between 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Walk-in times are subject to change. To receive a second dose, individuals will need to bring their CDC vaccination card and government-issued I.D.

Appointments may also be made online at myvaccine.fl.gov or via phone through the Sharecare system by calling 866-201-6909 (or 833-476-1031 for TTY users).

Vaccinations are limited to the population outlined in Section 2 of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’Executive Order 21-79. All Floridians are eligible to receive any COVID-19 vaccine as prescribed by the Food and Drug Administration, including those aged 16 and up who are eligible for the Pfizer vaccine. Note that those age 16 and 17 will need to have a parent or guardian present.
