The Clermont City Council recently approved the request of the Clermont Historical Society, Inc. to amend their 2013 agreement in order to add the Grace Chapel and replica outhouse to the Clermont Historic Village, located at 490 West Avenue in Downtown Clermont. 
The Grace Chapel and Replica Outhouse buildings will be included as onsite buildings and constructed by the Clermont Historical Society at no cost to the City.
The Grace Chapel will be utilized for events, services and meetings and will be made available to groups of any and all religious and spiritual denominations. For additional information, visit CLERMONT HISTORICAL SOCIETY.
