Find, Feed & Restore received a grant from the Live Well Foundation of South Lake for $295,470 to increase the amount of housing for families with children and individuals through its newest property, Restore Lake!
Find, Feed & Restore is a housing program that assists families with children. After 6 years of providing food, career development, computer training, and job placement assistance, Founder Brian Broadway realized the missing element. The actual foundation necessary for families with children to develop and grow is a stable environment for them to call home. So they created and implemented three effective and strategic methods including Housing First (no-cost housing for 6 to 12 months), Permanent Housing Solutions (affordable housing for working families) and Homelessness Avoidance (rent/mortgage/utility assistance for struggling families).

Live Well Foundation of South Lake is a grant-making organization with a mission to inspire sustainable initiatives that enhance the health and wellness of the South Lake community. All the services and facilities that are funded are required to be in South Lake County. The Foundation works closely with Orlando Health and South Lake Hospital to identify critical local healthcare needs and then create and fund local solutions to answer them.
