The Live Well Foundation of South Lake recently allocated $800,000 to the Faith Neighborhood Center of Lake County for the Fiscal Year 2021-2022. This year’s increase is one of the largest the organization has received.

“The Live Well Foundation of South Lake chose to support Faith Neighborhood Center’s continued mission to develop, empower, and educate those with food insecurities.” said Live Well Foundation’s Board Chair Kasey Kesselring, “The capital improvements will focus on renovation and expansion of the existing debt-free building of FAITH Neighborhood Center as an organizational headquarters, educational center, and social services facility plus the new construction of a nearby food pantry for storage and distribution.”

“This grant is greatly appreciated and will go to support our vision to train and educate our clients through new programs and developing state of the art facilities to manage our growth in the community, said Patricia Kry, Executive Director for Faith Neighborhood Center. “We’re expanding at a rapid pace and this generous donation will help us achieve our short and long term goals at FNC.” “The Board of Directors are delighted that this grant was successful and that The Live Well Foundation of South Lake recognizes FNC as an integral partner as we work together to meet the needs of our residents in the South Lake community, said Susan Sherman, President.
