Members of the community came out in full support of the Minneola Charter Expansion Project
“Great things are happening at Minneola Charter School and our brand new gym will surely be a hub of activity now and in the future!”, said School Principal Sharry Watts.
Principal Watts continued, “I am so excited about this addition to our Minneola Charter campus. The expansion has allowed the school to grow from under 950 students to over 1700 with three additional grade levels, and now this beautiful gym”! Schmid Construction has been an amazing construction company and business partner and delivered to us a beautiful gymnasium”.

The new gymnasium was officially opened on Monday, October 25, and dedicated to Chuck Nash, who volunteered as the school’s owner consultant throughout the entire expansion. Mr. Nash made sure the expansion went smoothly.
