Kiwanis Club of Clermont

On Saturday, November 20th, after participating in three projects that day, Kiwanis Club of Clermont President Chuck Seaver proudly stated, “We are on a roll!”

A Busy Day for the Club:

Heritage Day at the Historic Village: The Club assisted the Clermont Historical Society with their annual Heritage Day.  Throughout the day, visitors saw Tin Lizzies, worked with hand tools, sampled freshly made butter and ice cream, learned how to make a leather bucket and rope, tried their hand at some domestic chores and more.

The Mobile Hope Center Block Party:  The Club helped the Hope Center and Charities Across South Lake with a block party at Cagan Crossings. The party included FREE cooking demonstrations with food tasting, free take home recipe kit, free health screenings, job opportunities, complimentary counseling. and life coaching plus games, music and prizes.

Decorating a Tree at the Enchanted Christmas Tree Forest at Victory Pointe:  If you stroll through the Enchanted Forest, you’ll see the tree decorated by the Kiwanis Club of Clermont.
