The VFW Post 5277-Clermont recently held a flag retirement ceremony with the help of Boy Scout troop 784. Guests included an Eagle Scout, Clermont Mayor Tim Murry, retired service members, post members and auxiliary members.
After the ceremony, the ashes are buried in a special area.
