My name is Maya, I am 11 years old, but I still have pep in my step.   I have been told I am as good as gold!  I am a 33 lb little girl that looks like a pocket shepherd.  No – you can’t fit me in your pocket, but you sure can keep me close to you.  I have so much affection to share that you won’t need anyone but me.  I do enjoy the companionship of other dogs and I do love going for walks sniffing anything and everything.

Please consider adopting me or another senior as our affection is timeless, our devotion is ageless, our love is forever.

Rescue Rebels’ mission is to provide a better life and second chance for companion animals. It is dedicated and devoted to saving dogs that are left abandoned in shelters, surrendered by their owners, and those that are abused and neglected. It rescues animals, give them the care they need, and find them loving forever homes.

Rescue Rebels by Cash 4 Canines, Inc is a registered non-profit 501(c)3 organization established in May 2015.  They are a foster-based rescue in the state of Florida.
