Start 2022 with an almost guaranteed 5k personal best at AdventHealth’s Florida’s Fastest 5k race presented by Kroger on Saturday, January 22nd.

This point-to-point USATF certified distance course at Lake Louisa State Park provides participants with a smooth paved route with only one turn and an 80-foot net elevation loss from start to finish – meaning runners/walkers have their best chance to hit their personal best on this “fast” course. Last year, over 50% of participants had a PR (personal best). You don’t need to be fast to participate. but the net loss in elevation from start to finish will make you faster.
