On Monday evening, January 24, The Clermont City Council held a special meeting to consider revocation of a conditional use permit for Lilly’s On The Lake, located at 846 W Osceola Street on Lake Minneola.

The owner of the property has allowed the business to be used in a manner that violates various city codes which include outdoor music past permitted hours and adult entertainment events such as miniature wrestling, bikini contests, all-male reviews, and allegedly sexual acts on stage.

After a lengthy discussion, Council agreed that Lilly’s will operate as a restaurant/bar only. No conditional use permits, such as special events, will be considered by the City for at least one year.
