On February 27, 2022, Pastors Johnathan and Annette Brinkley and the Vision Church congregation in Groveland, honored two first history-makers: Mayor Tim Murry, the first Black Mayor of Clermont and Councilwoman Barbara Gaines, the first Black woman to serve on Groveland’s City Council, represents District 3.
