The Kiwanis Club of South Lake (KCOSL) in partnership with the Pinecrest Lakes Academy Key Club, provided free coloring pages at a recent First Friday Food Truck event in downtown Clermont.

The coloring pages are from the activity book, Colorful Clermont… a journey through time.  KCOSL partnered with the Clermont Historic Village to create this book which stars Ollie the Otter bringing children on a historic journey starting over 3,000 years ago, continuing thru the time of the Historic Village (1880’s through World War II) and then on to current times.  It is our hope that while the children are coloring the pages and solving the puzzles, they will be learning something about the city they call home!

For a free copy of the book, visit the Historic Village Museum at 490 West Avenue, which is open on the weekends, or visit the Sunshine Book Co., 647 Lake Avenue, Clermont.
