Roasted Spirit recently opened in Downtown Clermont and is quickly becoming a popular place for a special dining experience with friends.  It features lively entertainment and a scratch kitchen where everything is freshly made every day.

Owners, Luis Salazar, Frankie Liz, Derek DeSalvia and Aaron Hope have partnered their many years of successful restaurant, bar, hospitality, business operations and entertainment experiences to join forces to launch “Roasted Spirit“.

Derek DeSalvia notes, “Roasted Spirit offers guests an eclectic variety of different fresh flavors with unique salads, flatbreads, and shareables. You can pick and choose from a wide variety of craft bourbons, whiskeys, tequilas, ryes, scotch, vodkas and other exotic hard-to-find drinks. We want everyone to feel like they’ll have something special to enjoy. We are really very happy with the very fast and positive community response, complementing our quality foods and specialty drinks.”

Roasted Old Fashions, Lord’s Roasted Rye, Dark Knight Midnight Express and plenty more distinctively tasty drinks are offered, as well as over 20 different craft, domestic and imported beers, and a variety of wines and champagnes. Their drink mixers are made fresh daily with coffee extracts, botanicals, beers, lemon and lime juices as well as other flavors. You can often smell the flavorful mixers being made.

The menu includes Tequila Infused Chicken Tacos, Bourbon Braised Pork Belly Sliders, Meatballs, as well as Hummus Boards, Steak Skewers, Margarita Flatbreads and salads. Everything is flavorful with their extra signature marinades, sauces, syrups and toppings.

The newly build restaurant houses a very long bar inside the restaurant as well as an outside patio.

The Roasted Spirit is open Monday to Wednesday from 11 am to 12 am. Thursday to Saturday from 11 am to 2 am.  On Sunday from 10 am to 11 pm. You can also book your own events.
