Clermont, FL – The Cooper Memorial Library will host a local musical trio, The Messengers, in June as part of its Cooper Concert Series.
The Messengers will perform Cash Classics: A Tribute to Johnny Cash and His Music, featuring songs written and recorded by Johnny Cash, at the Library on Thursday, June 16, 2022, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in Room 108. The audience will hear hits such as “Folsom Prison Blues” and “Ring of Fire” as well as some of his Gospel songs like “Daddy Sang Bass” and “Gospel Road”.
The Messengers presents country-style programs in Central Florida. They’ve performed in a number of public settings and at local churches.
This event is free and generously sponsored by the Friends of the Cooper Memorial Library. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.
