Dr. Adèle Mirbey-Stallard was born and raised in Dijon, France where she completed all of her undergraduate studies. After attaining her Bachelor of Science degree with honors, she attended Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania in pursuit of a pre-medical program and to accomplish her Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating magna cum laude with honors in the field of mathematics. She then worked at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City as a Research Coordinator for Orthopedic Surgeons focusing on the brachial plexus. She moved here to the Orlando area with her parents and family. Dr. Mirbey-Stallard attended Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine and has been practicing general dentistry since 2016 here in the Orlando area. Dr. Mirbey-Stallard is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association. She is also tri-lingual, being completely fluent in English, French and Spanish.

She is experienced in all areas of general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry and is an Invisalign Gold Plus provider. She remains committed to continuing her advanced education while staying current on the latest research, techniques, technology and equipment in the dental field. Her husband Derek, is also a professional dentist with his own Palm Springs Dentistry practice in Altamonte Springs. They have a young daughter with a baby boy on the way.
