Clermont City Council approved the annexation, land use plan amendment, and rezoning of property lying north of SR 50 and west of Autoplex Lane, abutting Carmax (west) and Toyota of Clermont (east) at the June 28 council meeting.

Approval allows TESLA, Inc. to build up to 75,000 square feet on the 9.8-acre site. All development must comply with Clermont Land Development Regulations and the comprehensive plan goals, objectives and policies for commercial development.
