Matthew Wheatley and the Wheatley Realty Group recently celebrated their new office in Downtown Clermont on Montrose Street. The South Lake Chamber of Commerce helped celebrate with a ”We Noticed” ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The newly renovated building, located at 664 W. Montrose St., is home to 22 Realtors and three support staff. The team serves all of Central Florida including but not limited to Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Marion, Sumter, Polk, Brevard, Volusia, Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, and Hillsborough Counties.
