On Tuesday, September 6,  the Clermont Woman’s Club (CWC), District 7,  held its first meeting under the direction of its new officers.  Members were asked to bring donations for Head Start which is one of the many programs supported by CWC. 
On September 15th, a group of CWC members met for a delicious lunch and sisterhood at the Guru Restaurant in Clermont.

The Clermont Woman’s Club is a Federated Woman’s Club chartered in 1927.  It is a non-profit service organization and by fundraising throughout the year, they are able to support international, national and local charities.  They meet on the first Tuesday of each month at 12:30 pm at their clubhouse 655 W Broome St., & 7th St., Clermont.  For information see www.clermontwomansclub.org.
