In a recent statement, Greg Homan and Family, the owners of The Citrus Tower, announced that they had sold the Citrus Tower to Simchat Torah Beit Midrash, (STBM).

The statement read,

“In 1995 when we purchased the Citrus Tower, our mission was and always has been to honor God and serve the community with this iconic property. The Citrus Tower has been a part of our family for almost three decades and as we close out this chapter we want to thank the community for supporting and encouraging us.

We are excited to announce that the new owner of the Florida Citrus Tower is Simchat Torah Beit Midrash (STBM).  We hope that the community enjoys the tower for many years to come.”

The new owner, STBM (Simchat Torah Beit Midrash), is an organization that has developed digital platforms that specialize in learning and business experience.  Ralph Messer, the founder, is also the founder and president of ICTS (International Center for Torah Studies), whose mission is to build a foundation for men and women to reach their potential and successfully grow in a global economy and culture. Throughout the world, he has set up learning centers in order to teach authentic business principles, as well as fundamental moral principles.  

Throughout the world, Simchat Torah Beit Midrash’s learning centers provide classes from ICTS – the International Center for Torah Studies – which teach people authentic business principles, as well as fundamental moral principles for living a successful life. 

Simchat Torah Beit Midrash is located next to The Citrus Tower at 183 N. Highway 27, Clermont.
