Work on the 3rd phase of the Clermont Streetscape project is scheduled to resume on Monday, Jan 9, at the intersection of W. Montrose Street and Lake Avenue. The work is expected to take about four weeks to complete, as long as inclement weather and/or unforeseen conditions do not occur. Moving forward, the next sections to be completed will be along 7th Street, north of W. Montrose.
