In January, the Cagan Crossings Community Library will host two sessions run by the University of Florida Lake County Extension Services featuring curriculum from the American Heart Association. 

Healthy for Life: Feed Your Potential

Session 1 will focus on the role of food in overall health to include a discussion on portion sizes and other healthy eating tips.
