The Seventh Annual Steak on the Lake, a fundraiser for Special Olympics Florida, will take place on Saturday, January 28, 2023, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.  at 27844 Lake Jem Road, Mt. Dora, FL 

International business consultant and keynote speaker Scott Werner is organizing and hosting Steak on the Lake, an exclusive VIP event benefiting the athletes of Special Olympics Florida.   

The goal of Steak on the Lake is to raise $50,000 to support Special Olympics Florida athletes who will be competing later this year in the Special Olympics World Games in Berlin.  

Some of those athletes will be attending the dinner, and guests will have the opportunity to meet with them and talk about the upcoming World Games. The Games take place from June 17 through June 25.  

The evening is limited to 125 guests. The requested donation is $400.
